MPowerHer is a Microsoft initiative in collaboration with IMDA SG Women in Tech, Mums@Work and Code; Without Barriers, created to help women build confidence and skills for Singapore’s evolving digital economy.

Designed for career returnees, mid-career switchers, graduates and women running or starting small businesses, the programme offers practical learning in AI, digital skills, career readiness, mentorship and hands-on projects. Through this pathway, Mums@Work members can gain stronger digital confidence, connect with a supportive community, and explore new career or business opportunities in the future of work.

The Two Pathways

PATH 1:

Return to Work

For Women Returning to Work, after a career break for caregiving

This pathway is designed for women who are preparing to return to work after a career break, including mothers and caregivers. Participants can expect practical sessions to help them understand today’s digital workplace, build confidence with Microsoft 365 and Copilot, refresh their CV and LinkedIn profile, and prepare for interviews. The journey also includes mentorship and peer support to help women regain momentum and take clearer steps towards employment.

PATH 2:

Small Business Growth

For Women Entrepreneur & Small Business Owners

This pathway is designed for women entrepreneurs, small business owners, and caregivers running or growing a business. Participants can expect hands-on learning on how to use AI and digital tools for everyday business needs, such as drafting, FAQs, workflows, automation, dashboards, and operations. The journey also includes mentoring and advisory support to help business owners identify priorities, improve productivity, and take practical next steps for growth.
