We are a social enterprise empowering mothers to achieve a fulfilling work-family balance. Founded in Singapore in 2010, we've since expanded to support mothers in Japan and Hong Kong since 2020.
We specialise in providing career events, training workshops, job fairs, and networking opportunities for female caregivers.
Our goal is to support mothers returning to work, after a career break; or working mums who are looking for flexible work arrangements. We also guide Mumpreneurs who are keen on starting and running home-based businesses
Our mission is to foster a supportive community to empower Female Caregivers (including Mums) on their career choices.

Our hands-on approach builds confidence, knowledge, and readiness—empowering women to thrive in today’s dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Mentorship
We connect returning women with mentors, HR leaders, and industry experts through structured and casual networking. Our events foster meaningful relationships and guidance on careers and work–life balance. Mentorship and allyship programs provide personalized advice, insights, and encouragement—helping women navigate their professional journey with clarity, support, and confidence.
Job Fairs & Talks
We host Job Fairs and Career Events in Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, linking job seekers with top employers. Attendees gain guidance, training, and workshops to boost employability. Our annual flagship, #wegotyourback, unites employers, experts, and job seekers for a full day of networking, learning, and career growth.
Return-to-Work / Returnship Hiring Projects
We collaborate with firms to hire women returning to work, offering returnships and tailored roles. Our JumpStart Reintegration Programme™ provides training and support for a smooth transition, boosting confidence and career readiness. Past partners include Mastercard, TD, EY, Citi, Roche, Schroders, and more—demonstrating strong employer commitment.
