SUSAN B.

As an Executive Career Coach, I work in partnership with people who find themselves looking to enhance their professional footprint. Whether it's to advance their career with the same organisation or to explore opportunities externally. It could be a change in location, a new team, a promotion, transiting into a new environment or returning into the work place after a career break. The common challenges and opportunities that present themselves are usually working with unknowns. I partner with clients on a journey that can be uncertain and challenging, but also insightful and extremely rewarding. I work with my clients to bring attention to their strengths and values while recognising the importance of them in order to thrive. I also work with a number of leadership tools during coaching sessions such as communication style, presence, influence and empathy which, all work towards creating more authentic, positive and professional relationships.
